Texas EverBearing hales from Central and Southeast Texas and, like its state of origin, is something to talk about! Huge, up to 2 inches across, figs appear early in May for the Breba crop and the main crop of medium sized figs start in late June continuing into August. The Texas EverBearing has a bronze skin with nearly seedless amber flesh and a mild sweet flavor. Excellent for fresh eating, canning, and drying. Moderately closed, small eye. Ripens in May and then from Late June through August.
